Seaport NextGen is the Navy's platform for acquiring support services in two (2) broad functional areas: Engineering Support Services and Program Management Support Services and 23 functional area subcategories. A Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Performance Based Services Contract providing customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements. The RS3 Contract has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period (five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period). The RS3 Contract’s primary service areas include but are not limited to Engineering; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); Logistics; Acquisition and Strategic Planning; Education and Training Services.

Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES-3S)

ITES-3S is a $12 billion Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle structured for the U.S. Army, Department of Defense (DoD) and all other federal agencies to acquire reasonably priced, enterprise-level commercial IT services and solutions. Working in partnership with prime contractors like World Wide Technology (WWT), the Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program at Ft. Belvoir, VA, manages ITES-3S in coordination with the Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI).
